As I bake your items to order just for you, I do not currently offer refunds or returns. However, all items are posted via a TRACKED service with a return address on the label and are covered up to their full value for damage or loss.
I aim to honour all orders and will contact you in the first instance if unforeseen circumstance occur that prevent me from doing so. This has yet to occur.
But, due to the current situation in the UK I cannot currently promise exact delivery dates, thus if your order is considerably delayed in the post system after dispatch or not received then the responsible party is of course the post service used (hence why I used tracked services). If you order from me I presume that you have read and accept this. I promise to work with you to ensure you get a replacement and a refund if a parcel is not delivered,
