"Is everything Gluten-Free?"

All items are gluten free to a Coeliac-friendly standard and on each item's page I list up to date allergen warnings.

"I have a nut allergy- are your products suitable for me?"

Please note that if an item contains nuts, or traces, I will make this very clear in the item's description. All other items are nut-free, but unless made aware of allergies I cannot promise there will be no traces of nuts in these other items as I frequently handle nuts in my kitchen due to the high popularity of these products. To ensure an allergen-free product please let me know about your nut allergy at the checkout and this will be baked on a zero cross-contamination day- thank you!


"How should I store your bakes?"

They are best stored in the fridge for longevity. Storing my brownies in an air tight container in the fridge keeps them extra fudgey for longer. 


"Can your bakes be frozen?'

All my baked goods can be frozen for up to 3 months.


"Can I arrange collection?"

You may collect from my Sheffield S2 address. Contact me to arrange a date and time and use the code 'COLLECTION' at the checkout to remove the postage fee- please be patient with replies. 


"When should I expect my order to be ready?"

Sweets are ready for immediate dispatch and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class to keep the cost down you for. If you want these to arrive faster, contact me to pay the difference for 1st class or 24 hour tracked. Sweets will most often be sent the day after your order is placed. For PYO (pick your own) this may be 1 day later depending on my schedule.

My baked items are made fresh to order just for you. I bake once or twice per week. Once ready, bakes are immediately sent via tracked delivery but please bear in mind that postal service may be delayed due to pressures faced by couriers as a result of COVID, so once you have received a dispatch email please be patient as this means your item has been posted and is now out of my hands. If you are in a rush for a bake contact me before ordering and please put a note in at the checkout to remind me.


"What packaging do you use?"

I spend a lot of time researching packaging that is ethical and recyclable and that also keeps your orders fresh and affordably priced.

I am proud to use only recyclable packaging.

I package mainly with paper and cardboard, as well as professionally heat-sealing each item in a single cellophane wrap, which is necessary for maintain freshness, especially when using a postal service. The cellophane I use is widely recycled so please do recycle it! 

Multiple orders may be packaged in larger boxes with biodegradable packing peanuts to protect the individual items, or may be posted in large mailers which are made from recyclable materials.
